This sub-category is for sharing approaches to resourcing sustainability in research, both centrally and locally. Topics may include:

- Federated vs centralised staffing models

- Technical and professional sustainability roles in schools and faculties

- Job descriptions, skills frameworks, and career pathways

- Case studies of successful team structures

- How staffing models link to Concordat and funder expectations

This complements _Business Cases & Financial Paybacks_ (making the case for investment) and _Leadership & Advocacy_ (senior support). Here the emphasis is on **people and structures that deliver sustainability in research**.
