This sub-category is for sharing initiatives that encourage individuals and teams to adopt more sustainable behaviours in research. Topics may include:

- Campaigns, nudges, and engagement strategies

- Behavioural insights applied to labs and research offices

- Peer-to-peer learning and community networks

- Recognition schemes (LEAF, Green Impact, Green DiSC, SPARK Hub awards)

- Case studies of culture change at departmental or institutional level

This complements _Digital Behaviours_ (IT-specific practices) and _Training & Professional Development_ (formal learning). Here the emphasis is on **culture, engagement, and everyday choices** that shift norms across research environments.
